Billing Information

We know everyone’s busy — the last thing you should worry about is remembering to pay bills or wondering if the work got done. That’s why we’ve made our billing process simple and automated:

  • Maintenance Mowing
    Billed weekly for services performed the prior week. Invoices are sent after billing is completed.

  • Fertilization (Recurring Services)
    Billed and auto-charged on the 1st of each month for any treatments completed during the previous month — no need to lift a finger.

  • Permanent Lighting Installation & Landscaping Projects
    50% payment is due at signing, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project.

  • All Other Services
    Billed after the service is completed, with invoices sent promptly.
